OK, I could NOT figure out a way to get the whole map to show in the background, so here it is as the second post. We'll actually be spending a few days in Reykjavik before moving on to Norway, but this covers the bulk of the trip. We'll take the Hurtigruten from Bergen all the way up to Kirkenes and back as far as Trondheim, staying a few days in Tromsø on the way south. We will also take the two train routes indicated by the dashed lines...the Bergen Route from Oslo at the beginning of the adventure, and then the Dovre Route from Trondheim back to Oslo at the end.
That looks like a HUGE trip!!! I'm excited to be following your journey ... safe travels, and may your skies be full of magic!
ReplyDeleteJennifer--this is nothing compared to the previous one, which was 3 weeks each in Iceland, Sweden, and Norway! You'll be especially interested in Lars' adventures with his new Canon Rebel T5 Compact SLR, 18mm-55mm lens, f4.5, ISO-6400, RAW+JPEG--I have no idea what most of that means. Happy with my Sony Cyber-Shot pocket camera. I will NOT be trying to shoot the Lights!
